Welcome to Meowdoku. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of meowdoku.us and the game provided there (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Meowdoku is a free, browser-based logic puzzle game. We provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, change, or remove features, puzzles, or content at any time without notice.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service or its servers.

The Meowdoku name, logo, artwork, puzzle content, and code are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play the game for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. No account required

The Service does not require registration. Your game progress and settings are stored locally in your browser. We are not responsible for the loss of local data (for example, if you clear your browser storage or switch devices).

5. Third-party services

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
